Azhagu serial - Magesh - Poorna fan fiction - Episode 33 - 22/10/2018

Poorna was wondering why Magesh is not reachable and couldn't sleep for the whole night. "Enna aachu ivarukku? Enmela yedhavathu kochittu mobile-a switch off pannitara? Illaiye, ipdi silly matter-ku ellam enkitta kochikka maatare. Oru velai work adhigamo, tired-a thoongi irupparo. But mobile-a switch off panniruka matare. Hmm...may be charge theenthu poirukkum, tiredness-la charge panna maranthu apdiye thoongi irupparu. Naalaiku kalaila kandippa charge panniduvaru." She tried to sleep with this conclusion. But then she woke up and wondered "Vera yedhavathu aagi iruntha enna panrathu?". Poorna started to sweat. She has been so involved with Magesh for last few weeks, she totally forgot how life would be if she was alone. "Cha ithenna loosu thanamana oru bayam, oru naal reach panna mudiyalanna kandathaiyum pottu yosikartha? Magesh onnum careless-ana aal kidaiyathu. Udambu sari illana thannai thaane care pannika teriyum. Anaavasiyama vambu thumbuku pora aal kidaiyathu. Poorna still couldn't have a good sleep although she convinced herself with lot of reasoning that nothing would have put Magesh in danger. Its dawn. Poorna woke up and tried to call Magesh again and it is still not reachable. "Hmm naan oru loosu, avar innum ezhunthiruchuka kooda maataru". She took shower and when she was wearing a pottu, she paused for a second. She thought of something and then shaked herself out of it. She went to the pooja room and prayed that Magesh should call her soon. She looked at the payaru which sprouted. "Saamy daily nammala vendikka sonniche, she took the sprouted beans and spread it over the thambaala thattu which was filled with the soil. While doing so, she prayed that she and Magesh should have a long and healthy life blessed with children and all. She never thought she will come to this stage, accepting Magesh, even wishing for long life with him, that too with children. How life has changed her!? She wondered. "Aana...Magesh...athellam onnum aagi irukkathu, naama saamy sonna madiri nalla vendippom". She prayed again. 

She didn't go and help out in the kitchen. She kept checking her mobile and whatsapp. They made breakfast and everyone had their breakfast and left. Pazhanisamy noticed Poorna sitting there for a while without having her breakfast. "Ennada Poorna, sapidalaya?" 

"Poorna, Poorna....unna thaan ma kekkuren"

"Ahh...Enna mama?"

"Sapidalayanu ketten?"

"Illa mama enakku pasikala"

Ravi was getting ready to leave for work. 

"Magesh kitta pesuniya?" asked Pazhanisamy.

"Athu...athu vanthu nethu mathiyam pesinen mama"

"Athukappuram yen pesala?"

"Avara reach panna mudiyala"

Pazhanisamy wondered why. He took his mobile and tried to call him. He couldn't reach either. "Ungalukulla yedhavathu manasthaabam...?"

"Illa mama, apdi ellam onnum illa, nethu mathiyam nallathaan pesinaaru, athukappuram avar whatsapp-layum aala kaanum"

Ravi smirked. "Anga eva koodayavathu kadalai pottutu irukkano, ennavo?" he laughed. Everyone stared at him. Sudha looked at him furiously. Poorna got up and said "Avar onnum Ravi illa".

"Hmm....yaar kadalai poduvanu veetula ullavangala kettu paaru, yen unakku teriyatha? Unkooda  kalyanam nadakkura mudhal naal varaikkum neraiya ponnungaloda kadalai pottutu thaan irunthaan, ippo naan enna thappava solren? athu avanoda nature, ivlo naal mobile-la pottutu irunthaan, ippo thaniya irukkan, anga yaaravathu ponnu kooda kadalai pottutu iruppanu sonnane thavira thappa nadanthupanu sollalaye, ithuku ethuku ellarum ennai muraikkureengannu puriyala"

"Ravi, avale avanai reach panna mudiyalannu kavalaiyoda irukka, nee yen intha nerathula ipdi ellam pesittu irukka?" said Pazhanisamy.

"Ava feel panna vendannu thaan sonnen, Magesh naturally konjam flirtatious. Mathapadi thappu panra aal ellam kidaiyathu, just kadalai varuppan, avlo thaan, ava worry panna vendannu thaan sonnen" said Ravi.

"Ravi neenga onnum solla vendam, velaiku kilambunga" Sudha tried to get rid of him out of the scene.

"Okaayyyy....unga ishtam, naan kilamburen" Ravi departed.

"Yen ma Poorna, avanoda company contact number teriyuma?"

"Avaroda company brochure onnu room-la irukku, eduthutu varen"

She brought the brochure and they contacted the Chennai branch as there was no Kodaikanal branch since they haven't yet set up a branch office there. 

Pazhanisamy said "Magesh thangi irukkira mansion-ku call panni paathutu solrenu solli irukanga ma, nee onnum kavalai padatha".

It is more than two hours since they contacted the company. They haven't got back to Pazhanisamy yet. Azhagu asked "Enna Ravi appa ithu? Ivlo neram aache, innuma avana contact panna avanga try panranga?"

"Amam mama, enakku ennavo bayama irukku" said Poorna.

Pazhanisamy is also worried, but he doesn't want to show it.

Poorna got a call from Vasantha.

"Sollu ma"

"Poorna, Magesh epdi irukaan? Nalla irukkan illa?"

Poorna got alerted by Vasantha's question, but she tried to be calm and asked back "Enna ma, eduthathum avara pathi visarikkura?"

"Onnum illadi chumma than"

Poorna could sense the worry from Vasantha's voice.

"Pcchh...sollu ma, chumma call panni avara pathi visarikka maatiye, enna vishayam sollu?"

"Athu....nee avarkitta eppo pesina?"

Poorna is getting concerned now. But she doesn't want to scare Vasantha before knowing the reason behind Vasantha's concern.

"Ippo nee solla poriya illaiya? Enna thideernu un mapillai mela paasam?"

"Hey ennadi, Magesh mela enakku eppavume paasam thaan, news paathutu irunthendi, Kodaikanal side nalla mazhaiyame? Athaan mapillai irukkira idathula mazhai ellam epdi ennanu kekka thaan call panninen"

Poorna thought "Mmhmmm verum mazhaikka ipdi bayapadanum? Ennavo irukku, amma solla bayapaduranga, sari vishayatha solli kekka vendiyathaan".

"Mazhaiya? Enakku teriyathe ma, nethu mathiyanam pesinaru, appo kooda onnum sollalaiye, avarum athukappuram call pannala"

"Nethu mathiyathuku apram call pannalaiya?" There was a pause from Vasantha's side. "Sari nee call panni pesuniya?"

"Panninen ma, aana line kidaikka matenguthu, oru velai nee sonna madiri mazhaiyala kidaikkalayonu enakku ippo ninaikka thonuthu"

Vasantha didn't say anything. "amma, hello.....amma...irukkiya?"

"Mmm irukkendi"

"Enna aachu ma?"

"Annan anga irukkara?"

"Irukkaru"

"Avarkitta phone-a kudu"

"Illa nee ennavo solla thayangura, ennanu sollu"

"Hey avarkitta phone-a kudu di"

Poorna gave the mobile to Pazhanisamy worryingly. "Mama, amma yetho ungakitta pesanumam"

"Sollu Vasantha"

"Annan, naan solratha padhatta padama kelu, Poorna munnadi perusa ethaiyum kamichukka vendam"

"Mmm sollu"

"Annan news paatheengala illaiya?"

"Illaiye, enna sollu Vasantha?" Pazhanisamy got worried.

"Kodaikanal-layum, suthi ulla oorungallayum nalla mazhaiyam, athula oru sila gramangalla man sarivu kooda yerpattudacham, athaan anna Magesh ok thaana-nu kekka call panninen, aana Magesh nethu mathiyathuku apram pesalaiyame? Enakku konjam worryinga irukku na, Poorna paavam, sonna romba bayapaduva, athaan ungakitta solren"

"Mm...sari ma, naan paathukiren, naan enna yethunu visarichutu solren"

"Saringanna, Magesh kitta pesinathum enakku call panni sollunga"

"Mmm sari ma" Pazhanisamy disconnected the call.

"Enna mama? Amma enna sonnanga?"

"Onnum illa ma, Kodaikanal-la konjam mazhaiyam, athanala signal irunthu irukathunu sonna Vasantha"

Poorna thought they are hiding something. She went to her room, turned on the laptop and searched for news related to Kodaikanal. There were some news about mazhai, mansarivu, road blockage, tourists stranding, rescue effort, etc. There were some sweat drops appeared on Poorna's forehead. She searched every other website and the only relief for her was there was no mention of casualty, not even the possibility of it. So she convinced herself that nothing major would have happened to Magesh, but how she can make sure of it? She came downstairs. "Mama, naan Kodaikanal poganum"

Everyone got shocked. "Enna ma solra? asked Pazhanisamy.

"Amam mama, naan Kodaikanal poganum, anga avarukku enna problem-o, ennavo teriyala, poi paatha thaan enakku nimmadhiya irukkum"

"Konjam porumaiya iru da, anga mazhaiyam, naama intha timela porathu sari-nu padala. Athukulla Mageshe kooda call panni pesinalum pesuvan. Konjam wait pannu."

"Illa mama, anga yetho mansarivunu ellam news potrukanga. Avarayum reach panna mudiyala. So naan kilamburen, neenga enkooda vantha vaanga, illana naan mattum poitu varen"

"Oru nimisham iru ma, naan avan office-ku thirumba try panni paakuren" Pazhanisamy called the branch and talked to them angrily. "Enna sir, visarichutu solrenu soneenga, oru thagavalaiyum kaanum?"

"Sorry sir, naangalum try pannitu thaan irukkom, aana avara reach panna mudiyala. Nethu Maduraiku poirukanga sir Magesh team, thirumbi innum varala mansion-ku, naangalum vera muyarchi ellam eduthutu thaan sir irukkom"

Pazhanisamy also got nervous by this time.

"Ammadi Poorna, oru rendu dress mattum eduthu vachutu kilambu, neeyum naanum poitu vanthudalam"

Now everyone got scared. Azhagu asked "Ennanga avan office-la enna sonnanga?"

"Onnum illa Azhagu, bayapadatha, nethu Madurai-ku thaan avanga team poirukanga. So mazhaila ellam avan maati irukka maatan, irunthalum Poorna thirupthikaaga poi paathutu vanthudalam."

"Gangana kayiru kattitu epdinga veliyoor porathu?"

"Amam illa, sari poosari ayyakittaye vishayatha solli keppom"

"Mama, athellam vendam mama, enakku Magesha paathu pesina thaan nimmathiya irukkum, kilambalam vaanga"

"Illa ma, saamy yetho sodhikkuthu, oru nimisham poosari ayyakitta call panni pesidalam"

Pazhanisamy called poosari and explained the situation. Poosari ayya talked to Poorna "Ammadi, thambiku onnum aagi irukkathu, saamy ipdi thaan chinna chinna sodhanai vaikkum, athukellam kalanga koodathu"

"Ayya, naan avara poi paathe aaganum, thayavu senju vendannu ellam sollatheenga"

"Gangana kayiru kattitu nera kula deivam koila thavira vera ooruku prayanam panna koodathumma"

Poorna got frustrated. "Un varutham enakku puriyuthu, aana konjam porumaiya iru".

Poorna gave the mobile to Pazhanisamy. He disconnected the call after talking to poosari ayya.

"Enna Poorna, konjam wait panni paakalama?"

"Teriyala mama, oru pakkam ipdi tradition ellam kaamichu bayamuruthureenga, innoru pakkam avar epdi irukkaronu kavalaiya irukku"

Pazhanisamy got a call from the office. "Sollunga sir, yedhavathu thagaval kidachutha?"

"Amam sir, Mageshum avar friendsum oru tribe group-oda safe-a irukkangalam, avangalala ippo Poombaraikko, illa Kodaikanluko poga mudiyatham, yenna rendu side-ume mansarivu yerpattu road block aagi irukkam"

"Saringa sir, intha thagaval ungaluku eppadi kidachuthu, Mageshala call panna mudiyutha?"

"Illa sir, avar call pannala, avarala pannavum mudiyathu, mobiles-la signal ellam illa, rendavathu charge-um illayam, avar thangi irukkira tribela orutharum, avaroda jeep driverum 5km thooram malaila irangi nadanthu vanthu moyar point pakkathula irukkira oru landline-la irunthu thaan call panni vishayatha sonnanga. Mageshum avaroda colleagues-um intha madiri idathula nadanthu pazhakkam illa, safe-um illa apdingarthala tribe thalaivar avangala angaye irukka sollitu tribela orutharaiyum, driver-ayum anuppi vachu Magesh and colleagues veetuku call panni solla sonnanga sir, avanga safe-a thaan sir irukanga, nothing to worry"

Poorna interrupted "Enna mama solranga? Avarukku onnum problem illaiye?"

"Illa ma, nalla thaan irukkanam"

"Inga kudunga mama, naan pesuren" Poorna asked every other detail until she is satisfied with the information they gave. She took a sign with relief.

Azhagu said "Saamy sodhichalum kai vidalainga, Poorna poi saamy kumbittutu apdiye molapparikku konjam thanni thelichu vendittu vaa ma"

"Saringa athai"

Poorna went and prayed in front of the God. "Safe-a iruntha sari thaan, ellathaiyum sari pannitu avar seekirama call pannanum kadavule, avarkitta pesina thaan fulla nimmathiya irukka mudiyum".
