Azhagu serial - Magesh - Poorna fan fiction - Episode 29 - 12/10/2018

Azhagu and Pazhanisamy got ready in the morning. Everyone was having idly for breakfast. Poorna asked "Enna mama, koiluku poreengala?"

"amam ma, varusha varusham kula deivam koiluku porathuku munnadi gangana kayiru katti viradham iruppom illaiya? namma vagaiyara poosari pakkathula oru koilla irukkare. Koiluku poitu avaraiyum paathu gangana kayiru katrathuku thevaiyana poojai panrathuku avarkooda discuss pannanum. Athaan naanum athaiyum kalailaye kilambitom." said Pazhanisamy.

"Oh, sari mama".

Sudha asked "Yen ma, kula deivam koiluku porathuku ivlo procedure irukka?"

"Saringa amma, lunch-ku vanthuduveenga illa? Enna samaikattum?"

"Saringa ma"

After finishing breakfast, Kavya and Thiruna left to college. Ravi left to work. Pazhanisamy and Azhagu left to temple. 

Sudha soaked the lentils for paruppu urundai kuzhambu. Poorna was thinking what she can do. She thought why not do something in the kitchen. She brought the keerai to the dining table, turned on the tv and started preparing the keerai for poriyal. Sudha collected all the dirty clothes to put in the washing machine. She brought appu to the living room, gave him some toys to play, brought the cabbage and other veggies to the dining table for chopping. Poorna didn't give much attention to her. She was cleaning the keerai while watching the tv. Sudha was thinking if she can try to talk to her and eventually understand if she and Magesh are happy, what she and Ravi talked couple of days ago that made Ravi so happy, etc, etc. So many thoughts went through her mind, but she was bit concerned how Poorna will react to her conversation, so she was hesitating to talk. Meanwhile Appu tried to bring himself off the floor to crawl from his stomach for the first time. Poorna noticed this and got excited for a second forgetting about her strained relationship with Sudha. Once she remembered the betrayal Sudha and Ravi did, she hid her excitement and tried to concentrate on the tv show. She wondered if Sudha noticed Appu. She looked at Sudha, but Sudha was in some deep thinking cutting the cabbage. After two or three times, Appu finally started to crawl on his four. Poorna again looked at Sudha and this time Sudha also looked at her. Poorna then looked at Appu, Sudha also turned to see Appu and became so happy to see him. "Paathiya Poorna, Appu thavazha arambichitan" Sudha got up and went to Appu. 

Poorna pretended not giving so much importance and replied "Paathen paathen, 7, 8 maasam aaga poguthu, thavazhama enna pannuvanam?" 

Sudha got confused for a second. Because she knew it was Poorna who brought Sudha's attention to Appu. It means she wanted Sudha to see Appu crawling for the first time. But why does Poorna act like not caring now? Sudha then realized "Naama pannina thappuku ava ivlo thooram ore veetula irukkarthe periya vishayam, at least Appuva naan pakkanunu ninachu irukka, athuve romba periya vishayam thaan". 

Poorna doesn't know much cooking, but she wanted to learn, she turned on her mobile wi-fi and started watching some recipes for keerai poriyal. She went into kitchen and started doing. Sudha rushed to the kitchen and said "Irukattum Poorna, naan pannikuren, nee poi ukkaru". 

"Hello, unna yaaravathu yedhavathu kettangala? Intha kitchen-yayum, samaikura urimaiyum nee tender-ku eduthu irukiya enna? Poi un velaiya paaru" Poorna continued with her cooking.

Sudha came back to prepare cabbage. Once Poorna finished keerai poriyal, she wondered if she can do anything else. She started reading the recipe for paruppu urundai kuzhambu and thought to herself "Hmm...innaiku keerai poriyal pannina varaikum pothum, ithellam avale pannatum, naama vena rice mattum vachittu poidalam". She cooked the rice in pressure cooker. Sudha then took and started making paruppu urundai kuzhambu and kootu. Poorna came back to the living room, sat in the sofa to watch some serials. Appu came crawling to her and pulled her saree border. First Poorna tried to ignore him. But he kept pulling her saree, sat on her feet, then crawled for a while, then came back and tried to tap on her feet. Poorna realized Sudha is still in the kitchen. She looked at Appu and said "Shhh....chumma iru" in a strict tone. But Appu smiled at her. "Enna bayam illaiya? Ippo nee chumma illama ipdi nonditte iruntha adi thaan vaanguva" she said in low voice. Again Appu looked at her eyes wide for a second and laughed at her. Poorna also smiled. She lifted him and put him on her lap and started playing with him. "Paruppu kadaivoma? Paruppu kadai, paruppu kadai, ithu soru, ithu paruppu urundai kuzhambu, ithu keerai poriyal, ithu kootu, aaa kaatu, ethu nalla irukku chithi pannina keerai poriyal thaana nalla irukku? Kodaikanala irukka chitappa-vuku sapadu eduthutu povomo? Nandu ooruthu, nari ooruthu...." she tickled him. She then realized that she refered herself as Chithi to him and the only person they pretended to take food was for Magesh and referred him as Chitappa. She was thinking about Magesh and wondered what he might be eating, if he likes the food there, how it would be if they both live in Kodaikanal. Appu brought her back to reality by tapping on her cheek with his small hands. Sudha finished the cooking and came out to see Poorna and Appu on her lap so much to her surprise and happiness. She brought the milk bottle to feed him. Poorna tried to give him to her. But Sudha said "Irukattum Poorna, avan unkittaye irukattum, neeye avanuku itha feed pannu".

Poorna "Yen enakku vera velai illanu ninachiya? Intha pidi"

She then left to her room. Sudha took Appu and started to feed him. 

Poorna thought "Appu nammakitta evlo nalla ottikittan".

Pazhanisamy and Azhagu came back just before lunch and they all started to have lunch together. Sudha noticed the rice became so sticky, if it had been left one more whistle or with some more water, it would have been a porridge. Poorna saw the rice and thought "Enna ipdi kuzhanju poiduchu? Neraiya thanni oothittom pola irukke, mm paravalla, first time thana? Apram apram sari pannikalam".

Azhagu asked "Enna Sudha ithu? Neraiya thanni vachitiya?"

Sudha struggled for a second and said "Apdi thaanu ninakiren ma".

"Konjam gavanama irukka koodatha ma?" said Azhagu.

Poorna then said "Naan thaan konjam adhigama thanni oothitten, first time senjathala sariya pakkuvam teriyala".

Pazhanisamy and Azhagu were surprised. Pazhanisamy said "Paravallaye ma, innaiku nee thaan samayala?"

"Rice-um keeraiyum panninen mama"

Azhagu said "Paravalla Poorna, samaika arambichitiye, nalla vishayam thaan, aana Sudha nalla samaippa, nee avakitta kathukkittu samaikka arambi"

"Paravalla Athai, naan youtube paathu kathukittu samaikuren, ellarume first naale supera samachuda maatanga illa?"

Azhagu thought "Ivakitta sonnathu namma thappu thaan"

Pazhanisamy tasted keerai and said "Keerai supera irukku da, ithuvum youtube paathu thaan senjiya?"

"Amam mama" replied Poorna.

"Mmm paravallaye, ippo ellam youtube-laye ella vishayamum kathukalam pola, Sudha nee pannirukira kuzhambum nalla irukku"

"Thanks mama, poosari enna sonnaru?"

"Poosari naalai marunaal kalaila veetuku vanthu sila poojai ellam pannitu gangana kayiru kattuvaru ellarukum, 10 naal non-veg ellam sapidama, sutha pathama irukkanum, Kula deivam koila pongal vaikka thevaiyana porul ellam katti vachidu ma neeyum Poornavum senthu, athaikitta enna ethu epdi-nu kettukonga"

"Saringa mama" said Sudha.

Azhagu said "Sudha, naalaiku kalailaye mutton biriyani senju Kavya, Thiuna, Raviku ellam lunch kuduthudalam, mathiyanam naama ellarum sapta piragu paathiram, pandam ellathaiyum nalla wash pannitu, veedu vaasal ellathaiyum kazhuvi vittudanum, naalai marunaal kalaila ellarum thalaiku kulichutu Poojai attend pannanum, sariya?"

"Saringa amma, apdina naalaiku kalailaye Thirunava anuppi mutton mattum vaangitu vara sollidalam ma"

"Mmm sari, intha 10 naal kanakka yosikkama irunthuten, illana rendu naalaiku munnadi weekend-ye non-veg pannirukalam, 15 naal ellam Thiruna-vala non-veg illama irukka mudiyathu, sari poojai mudinja piragu, neeyum Poornavum payiru mulai vida vaikkanum"

"Apdina enna ma?" asked Sudha.

"Athu onnum illa ma, namma kudumba vazhakka padi pudhu marumagal vantha piragu mudhal mudhala kula deivam koiluku pogum pothu, 9 vagaiyana payira oora vachu oru thambaala thattula manna pottu nirappi, athula antha payirellam pottu mulaikka vidanum, 10-vathu naal koiluku pogum pothu athu nalla mulachu irukkanum, antha mulppariya koiluku eduthutu poi saami kumbidanum, ithuku enna artham-na intha kudumbathuku marumagala vanthu irukka naan intha payira ellam epdi oora vachu, porumaiya kaathu irunthu, thanni oothi, pakkuvam paathu, mulakka vachu thazhaiya thazhaiya konduttu varano, athe madiri intha kudumbathaiyum porumaiyoda katti kaapathi, kudumbatha valama thazhaiya thazhaiya nadathuvenu mana sangalpam eduthukartha artham".

Sudha and Poorna went into some deep thinking. Pazhanisamy broke the silence "Enna rendu marumagalum yetho yosanaila irukeenga?"

Both of them looked at each other and expected other to say something. Then both of them opened up "Athu...athu vanthu..." then Sudha stopped to let Poorna to finish "onnum illa mama, chumma thaan yetho ninachutu irunthen" said Poorna. Then Sudha also said "Amam mama, naanum chumma yetho ninachutu irunthen".

Azhagu asked "Yen ma, kutty paiyan enna thoongurana?"

"Amam ma, amma solla maranthutane, innaiku Appu kutty mutti pottu thavazha arambichittan"

Pazhanisamy and Azhagu both got excited "Nijamava?"

"Amam ma, Poorna thaan first paatha, apram thaan naan paathen"

"Naanga paakama vittutome, paravalla ippo thavazha arambichittan, innum rendu moonu maasathula nadakkave arambichiduvan"

Next day morning was so busy for Sudha and Azhagammai preparing the breakfast and lunch. "Mmm kalailaye sema vaasanaiya irukke, weekdays-la namma veetula non-veg-na adutha oru 10 naalaiku, illa oru maasathuko verum pul poondu thaanu symbolica solra madiri aache" said Thiruna.

"Amam, adutha 10 naalaiku unakku verum pullum, poondum thaan" said Azhagu pinching his ear. 

Magesh called her that evening, but Poorna didn't notice as she was busy with washing up the dishes while Sudha started cleaning the whole house. Once Poorna finished washing up the dishes, Poorna started washing the kitchen top and floor. It took nearly three hours for Sudha, Poorna and Azhagu to finish up the cleaning and washing. Azhagu started "Maavu mattum arachu vachutu nightuku chapathi potta avlo thaan, velai mudinjuthu". 

Poorna thought "Ada Rama, innum irukka? Ippave bend kazhaluthe, pesama senja varaikum pothunu room-ku poidalama?" 

Sudha noticed Poorna and said to Azhagu "Avlo thaana ma, naane senjiduven".

Poorna looked at Sudha and went to the kitchen, prepared tea for all of them and brought to them. "Athai ellarum konja neram rest edukalam, tea kudicha piragu, ellarum senthu matha velaiyellam mudichudalam".

"Athuvum correct thaan, shaabba antha tea-ya kudu" Azhagu sat on the sofa and started to have the tea. Everyone had tea and took rest for 30 mins or so. Then Azhagu said "Sari ma, naan maavu arachiduren, neenga rendu perum dinner ready pannunga"

"Saringa ma"

Poorna said "Chapathiku nee maavu pisanju kuduthudu, naan urutti thanthuduren"

"Sari Poorna, thanks"

"Ippo ethuku thanks solra? Ithu ennoda veedum thaan, en veetula naan velai seiyure, ennavo un veetula velai seyyura madiri thanks solra"

Azhagu said "Poorna, ethuku appapo unakku ipdi buthi konala poguthu?"

"Athai enakku onnum konala pogala, chumma normala irukka vendiya thaana? Avakitta nee atha panninathuku thanks, itha panninathuku thanks-nu naan solrana? Illa illa? Ava mattum ethuku apdi sollanum?"

"Sari Poorna, inimel naan sollala"

"Sari sari velaiya paaru" said Poorna.

Sudha made Kurma and started to cooking chapathi side by side. Poorna rolled out the chapathi and was giving it to Sudha. Everything was finished by 8pm. Poorna came upstairs and checked her mobile. "Oh call panni irunthirukare"

She called Magesh. "Hello sorry-nga, mobile-a inga vachutu keezha velai seiya poiten"

"Hey its ok, nee naalanju naal call attend pannalana than enakku kashtama irukkunu sonnen, ore naalaiku ellam nee justify panna vendam"

"Mmm sari, epdi irukeenga?"

"Naan nalla irukken, nee epdi irukka? Keezha enna velai senja?"

"Nalla irukken, keezha veedu clean panrathu, dinner panra velai ellam senjen"

"Oh paravallaye, ippo ellathulayum active-a participate panra pola?" asked Magesh enthusiastically as it means Poorna is trying to mingle with everyone which means she is forgetting her past wounds. 

"Mmm amma thaan sonnangale, kula deivam koiluku porathuku munnadi inga ellam, enna enna panranga, epdi panranga, ellathaiyum kathuko, ellathaiyum sei-nu solli thaana anuppi vittanga"

"Ooho amma sonnangala? Athanala thaan seireengalakkum?"

"Pinna vera ethukkam?" Poorna asked without any clue.

"Mmm sari thaan, enna dinner innaiku?"

"Chapathiyum kurumavum, amam neenga enna sapteenga?"

"Naan Idly sapten"

"Enna daily idly, illa dosai itha vitta vera ethuvum sapida mateengala?"

"Naana sapida matenu solren? Antha kadaikaarar ithu mattum thaan seiraru"

Poorna started to feel sorry for Magesh. 

"Sari athellam vidu, nee saptiya illaiya?"

"Innum illa"

"Yen?"

"Mobile-a maadila vachutu poiten, ella velaiyum mudicha piragu thaan thonuchu, neenga call panniruntha enna panrathunu? Athaan paaka vanthen"

"Oh, sari sari, apdina nee poi first sapidu"

"Illa paravalla, konja neram kazhiche poi sapiduren, neenga eppo varuveenga?"

Magesh became happy, but he didn't show it much.

"Next Tuesday varuven da, yen kekura? Intha mamanuku speciala yedhavathu vachirukiya?"

Poorna didn't expect Magesh to flirt like this. She thought to herself "Mamava?". Its all new to her and she didn't know how to respond to these kind of talks. She fell silent as usual.

Magesh knew that she will fall silent, so he just smiled and broke the silence as usual. "Intha Friday-ve varalanu thaan ninachen, vantha rendu weekend family-oda irukkalanu paathen, aana inga sila paper work mudichutu Chennai branch-la vanthu sila paper work mudikka vendi irukku, inga mudikka vendiya paper work Monday thaan mudiyum pola irukku, so Tuesday vanthu nera Chennai branch poitu evening namma veetuku varuven".

"Mmm sari"

"Apram?"

"Nijamava?"

"Amam, athaiyum, mamavum stricta sollitanga"

"Mmm ok, sari naalaiku apdina Poojaiya?"

"Amam"

"Enna saree katta pora?"

"Mmm...innum yosikala"

"Antha yellow with black colour saree onnum vachirupiye"

"amam, aana athu epdi ungaluku teriyum, atha naan avlova kattinathe illaiye"

"Ore oru murai thaan katti iruntha, appo ellam Madam adhigama pesa mateenga, athaan appo solla mudiyala, antha sareela nee chumma devadhai madiri iruntha, athaiye kattiko"

Poorna thought "Ithellam epdi note pannirukaru? Poonai madiri irunthutu evlo vishayam note panraru, bayangaramana aal thaan"

"Helloo..."

"Mmm...sari antha sareeya kattikuren"

"Thanks, ok nee poi sapidu"

"Sari good night" said Poorna.
