Azhagu serial - Magesh - Poorna fan fiction - Episode 12 - 17/08/2018

The next day after Magesh left to Kodaikanal, Vasantha visited Poorna in Pazhanisamy home. She was shocked to hear about Magesh's new job and his move there. She went upstairs to see Poorna.

"Vaa ma, epdi irukka?"

"Naan irukarthu irukattum, inga ennadi nadakkuthu, sari Mageshoda santhoshama iruppa, naama adikadi call panni disturb panna vendanu ninachen, aana inga ennadanna Magesh enkitta oru varthai kooda sollama Kodaikanaluku velaiku poitaan, nee ennadanna oru phone panni kooda enkitta ithellam sollala, Neeyum paadhi aala irukka, enna thaan ninachukittu irukeenga?"

"Ingaye oru velaiku polame di, illa unnaiyum kootitu poga vendiya thaana?"

"Amma, please, enakku thalaiya valikuthu, konja neram amaithiya irukkiya?"

"Mmhmm ithu sari pattu varathu, nan Magesh-ke call panni pesikuren"

Vasantha called Magesh, the phone was ringing, but no answer. Azhagu and Pazhanisamy came upstairs.

"Vasantha, Magesh konja naalula Chennaiku maathitu vanthuduvenu sollirukan ma. Athoda illama anga avanuku ippothaiku nalla veedu kidaikaatham, athanala thaan Poorna-va inga vittutu poren, neenga paathukonganu sollitu poirukaan"

"Illa anna, ithellam ennala yethuka mudiyala, enkitta oru varthai kooda avan sollala, ivalum sollala"

Azhagu said "Vasantha, ithellam apram pesikalam, Magesh velaiku thaana poirukaan, santhosha pada vendiya vishayam thaana, neeyum Poornavum sapida vaanga". Sudha's son was crying from the next room. Azhagu said "Sari neenga sapida ponga, naan itho varen".

Pazhanisamy "Vasantha, athu epdi Mageshayum Poornavayum naan vittuduvena? Magesh enkitta sonnan, ippo Kodaikanal weather sari illa, Poornavuku othukaathu, avanum colleagues-oda shared housela irukka poraanam, ithellam thaan Poorna-va inga vittutu poga reason-nu sonnaan ma".

Poorna's throat became dry, she drank a glass of water. 

"Illa anna, neenga evlo samathanam sonnalum, Magesh kitta pesinathaan enakku thirupthiya irukkum" said Vasantha. 

Vasantha kept trying to get hold of Magesh in vain. Poorna was also wondering why he didn't attend amma's calls. Vasantha asked Poorna to call, but Poorna refused saying may be Magesh is busy with his work and it is not fair to disturb him.

Around evening, Vasantha said to Poorna "Sari Poorna, naan veetuku poren, neeyum vaa, inga irunthu enna panna pora, konja naal enkooda iru, inga nee sapidiriya illaya-nu doubta irukku". 

"Illa ma, nee poitu vaa, naan inga irukken"

"Yen di? Magesh iruntha paravalla..."

"Amma please, vendanna vittudu"

Vasantha didn't have a good feeling about this, but she didn't argue with Poorna, she left to her place. Around 7pm, Magesh called Vasantha.

"Hello athai, epdi irukeenga?"

"Epdi irupenu nee ninakura Magesh?"

"Yen athai, enna aachu? Unga health ellam ok thaana?"

"Nee Chennaiku transfer vaangitu vara poratha annan sonnaru, nee ipdi solra? Yen ovvoruthar kitta ovvoru madiri solli vachiruka? Enakennavo ethuvume sariya padalaiye!?"

"Appakitta naan apdi solla oru karanam irunthuchu, but ippo ungakitta solrathu thaan unmai athai, aana please itha neenga appakittayo, illa Poornakittayo solla koodathu, appakitta sollalam, but athu Poorna kaathuku pogum, unga kitta sonna neenga purinjupeenga, athaan unmaiya solren"

"Enakku onnum puriyala Magesh? Enna naan purinjupen?"

"Neenga Poornakitta ethuvum kekka matenu promise pannunga, naan puriyura madiri solren"

"Ethuku pa?"

"Please athai promise pannunga solren, illana vittudunga"

"Sari pa, naan unna namburen, promise panren, avakitta ethuvum kekkavo, sollavo maten"

"Athai, Poorna-vuku konjam time kudupom, avaluku innum Ravi-Sudha mela kovam irukku, athanala thaan ava enkooda Kodaikanal vara matenu sollita"

"Kovam irukkattum, aana athuku ethuku unkooda vara matenu solra, ava sonna, nee yen vidura? Illa Magesh, ithellam vida koodathu, avala naalu thattu thatti Kodaikanaluku naan anuppi vaikiren"

"Epdi pa worry pannama irukarthu? Ava evlo kovama pesinalum, ava innum manasu alavula oru kuzhandai madiri thaan Magesh, avaluku Ravi thaan-nu pesi pesi avala emotionally independent-a valakkama vittuten, ithellam ennoda thappu thaan"

"Sari pa, unakku Kodaikanal ellam okva?"

"Ok athai, first colleagues-oda shared house la thaan irukka poren, sidela oru veedum theda poren, naan appapo call panren, neengalum unga healtha paathukonga athai"

"Sari Magesh, neeyum paathu irupa, all the best"

"Thanks athai".

As soon as Vasantha disconnected the call, Poorna called her. 

"Enna ma, evlo nerama try panren, yaar kooda pesittu iruntha?"

Vasantha became alerted and wanted to know why Poorna is inquisitive. "En friendkitta pesittu irunthen, yen di?"

"Entha friend kooda pesittu iruntha?"

"Enna di pudhusa kekkura?"

"Nee sollu, entha friend kooda pesittu iruntha?"

"Onnum illa chumma thaan, nee vera yaarukavathu pesuniya?"

"Hey po di, unakku enna venum sollu?"

"Enakku onnum vendam, phone-a vai, apram pesuren"

Vasantha smiled as she disconnected the call. "Magesh kooda pesunana illaiyanu terinjukanum, atha nera kekkalame, illa avale avanuku call panni pesalame, enna ponno, aana Magesh sonna madiri konja naal vittu pidicha, vazhiku vanthuduvanu thaan thonuthu, paravalla Magesh en ponna pathi intha 25 varusham enakku puriyalana kooda avan 2 masathula avala pathi purinju vachirukaan" thought Vasantha.

Poorna thought on the other end "Enkitta thaan pesa maataru sir, en ammakitta pesina ennavam? Antha alavuku naanga vendathavangala agittom, cha vittutu ponavana pathi naan yen yosikanum". Poorna forced herself to sleep, but she couldn't. She walked here and there in the room, she glanced through the magazine, scribbled in the notebook that was on the bedside table, she opened the bedside drawer and took a notebook thoughtlessly and started to scribble on it. While she was playing with the pages, some photos fell down from the notebook on her lap, one of them was Magesh-Poorna wedding picture, another one was Poorna's picture alone in wedding saree, another one was Poorna's side pose, standing in the balcony. She kept flicking the notebook page by page to see if there is more.

She noticed her name, Magesh has written Poorna-Magesh FLAMES thing. She noticed the last leftover letter is L, meant for love. And he has scribbled "Love you Poorna, your Magesh". She started to feel uneasy now. Her body temperature was oscillating between extreme hot and cold. She tried to comfort herself with a bedsheet. Her hands were shaking. "Is he in love with me? Ok we got married, he may accept me as it is his fate. But love? How could he love me? That too in two months? Nah, what does Magesh know about love? It is just an age thing. May be he likes the idea of being in love and what is more comfortable than being in love with your spouse? But it is not real love. Real love takes time and care, real love is painful, real love is full of acceptance, compromises, like I had for Ravi and Ravi had for me. But Ravi tied thali to another girl and he is not even remorseful. But I know love better than Magesh though. So what Magesh has written here may not mean anything important, he doesn't have a clue about love. I know what is love. And I don't have any love for Magesh. Because I'm not that kind of girl who changes her mind from one person to another person that easily. No way, Ravi may have cheated me and I may hurt Ravi now. But what I had Ravi for was love, that was true love. It must be. And love occurs only once and for me that was with Ravi. My love for Ravi was pure and true. I cannot love anyone else, if I love anyone else, what kind of girl I would be? Apram naan 25 varusham Raviya athaan, athaan-nu suthi vanthathuku enna artham irukku?
