Azhagu serial - Magesh - Poorna fan fiction - Episode 15 - 21/08/2018

After talking to Magesh, Poorna was having mixed feelings, sometimes happy, sometimes confused, sometimes angry, but generally she was feeling bit happy. She woke up actively next morning, took a shower, went to kitchen around 8am itself and saw what Azhagu and Sudha were cooking. It looks like the tiffin will be ready only after 15 mins. She took an apple from the dining table and ate it. She took a banana and had it. She was thinking what she can eat next. She went to the kitchen again and opened the hot pack and all. Sudha said "Oru 10 mins Poorna, tiffin ready agidum". Poorna didn't say anything. She went out of the kitchen, started to sweep the living room, cleaned the shelves, just passing her time. Meanwhile, first batch of Idiyappam got ready and brought to the dining table by Sudha. Poorna went to the dining table and started to have idiyappam. She usually would have 4 or 5 pieces. And once she finished 4 or 5 pieces, she was thinking if she can go for more. She took two more pieces, sprinkled some grated coconut and sugar and started to eat. Ravi came downstairs and opened the hotpack, there were only two pieces of idiyappam left. He asked "Sudha, tiffin ready aaga time aaguma?" Unaware of Poorna having idiyappam, Sudha replied back saying "Anga hot pack-la irukku, eduthu vachu sapidunga Ravi". 

Ravi sat down annoyingly and tried to take the two pieces left. But Poorna quickly took those two pieces and started to eat it. Ravi looked at her angrily. But she didn't care. Although she couldn't eat much, she tried her best to finish them. Ravi looked at his watch and got annoyed that it is getting late for his office. Sudha came out with the next batch and noticed Poorna eating and Ravi still not eating anything. "Ravi, itha sapidunga". She served some to Ravi and looked at Poorna who almost finished. "Poorna unakku konjam vaikattuma?" Sudha asked.

Poorna didn't reply anything. She took her plate and went to wash. She brought other vessels used for idiyappam preparation and washed everything. She then went upstairs. 

Meanwhile Ravi "Paathiya Sudha, naan office pora nerama paathu venumne vanthu saptutu pora, avalala last two piece sapida kooda mudiyala, irunthalum kashta pattu sapidura, naan sapida koodathunu venumne sapidura, cha enna ponno?". 

"Avaluku romba pasichu irukkunu ninakuren Ravi, 8 manikke vanthu kitchenla paatha. Enakku terinju romba naal kazhichu innaiku thaan nalla saptruka, atha neenga yen thappa eduthukureenga?"

"Amam, nee mattum avaluku support-ave pesu, ava unna panra torture ellam maranthutiya?"

"Ravi please, naama pannina thappa neenga ennaikum purinjukira madiri teriyala, itha pathi pesina namakkula veena manasthabam vara chance irukku, neenga saptutu kilambunga"

Azhagu came out of the kitchen and said "Ravi solrathula enna thappu irukku Sudha? Nee thaan avaluku overa idam kudukira, nee avala pathi yosikartha vittutu inimel Raviya pathi yosikanum, sariya?". Azhagu smiled and left with Sudha's son. 

Sudha thought something, but didn't say anything.

Poorna came on time for lunch. They usually prepare lunch in the morning itself to give packed lunch for Ravi, Pazhanisamy, Kavya and Thiruna. Poorna opened the vessels and saw sambar, rasam, poriyal. She first had a plate of rice with Sambar, then with Rasam, then with curd. She was singing while washing up the dishes. Sudha smiled thinking "Poorna santhoshama irukkira madiri teriyuthu, paravalla, idpiye ava santhoshama iruntha naanum guilty feeling illama nimmadhiya iruppen". Azhagu and Sudha came to have lunch and they noticed there was only little bit of rice leftover. Azhagu said "Eppothum vaikura madiri rice vachen, epdi ivlo kuranjuthu?". Sudha didn't say anything about Poorna having lunch earlier. She said "Paravalla ma, seekirama oru cup rice naan cooker la vachiduren, naan thaan Ravi-ku konjam adhigama pack panni kuduthuten". 

"Oh, apdiya? Appo sari" said Azhagu. 

Poorna in her room was thinking "Yen ivlo bore adikkuthu ippo ellam? Pinna bore adikkama enna pannumam? Munnadi ellam velaiku poitu irunthen. Velaiku pogum pothu kooda sila samayam bore adichirukku, appo ellam enna pannuvom? Sometimes tv paapom, koiluku povom, koil? Koiluku poi sami kumbite romba naal aachu". Poorna's authentic value is her spiritual side although she wasn't really aware of it. She goes to temple not to pray for this and that. She just likes to be in that environment. It usually gives her peace instantly. But it has been a while since she has been in touch with her authentic values. But for some reason, she felt that God had cheated her and didn't even want to go into the pooja room or look at the photos for darisanam. Now since she started to think about temple, she also tried her best to brush it aside as she doesn't want to go through why she is away from her spiritual side. She turned on the tv and mindlessly watching some shows and then fell to sleep. 

Around 5pm, she woke up and thought "I should eat something now". She went downstairs. Sudha was in the kitchen. Poorna saw the sundal and tea. She took a bowl and filled it with sundal and took a cup of tea and left to garden to eat it. Sudha looked at the remaining sundal and wondered if that will be enough for everyone else. She thought if she can make something else before Azhagu comes. Sudha thought for some reason Azhagu is not empathetic enough towards Poorna. So she might not take it well if she saw Poorna eating a lot without consideration of others. While she was thinking, Kavya came "Anni enna snacks innaiku? Oh Sundala? My favourite." Kavya took some sundal and tea, turned around, Thiruna was blocking her "Romba nandri thangachi". He grabbed the sundal and tea from Kavya and left to his room. "Hey Thiruna, nilluda....cha paarunga anni, en share-a eduthutu poitan".

"Sari vidu Kavya, intha itha eduthuko" Sudha gave her another bowl of sundal and tea.

Pazhanisamy came downstairs, turned on the tv to watch news "Sudha, enakku oru tea kidaikuma ma?"

"Itho varen mama" Sudha gave him some sundal and tea.

Azhagu and Ravi came downstairs with Sudha's son. Azhagu spread the playmat in the living room in front of sofa and spread his toys to play with. Then both went to the kitchen. Sudha's son was grabbing Pazhanisamy's veshti and looked up to him. Pazhanisamy smiled and lifted him and made him sit on his lap and gave him the toys to play with.

"Sudha enakku romba pasikkuthu, enna irukku sapidarathuku?"

Sudha gave the leftover sundal and tea. Azhagu looked at Ravi's share and asked Sudha "Enna Sudha, avanuku innum konjam vachu kudu, velaila irunthu tireda vanthiruppan illa?"

"Athu...athu ellarukum kuduthathula sundal gaali agiduchu ma, neraiya senju irukkanum-nu ninakiren"

"Neraiya thaan naan oora potten, epdi pathama pochu?" asked Azhagu.

Meanwhile Poorna came to the kitchen with the bowl and tea. Azhagu and Ravi looked at the size of her bowl. Sudha looked at the floor. Poorna gave them a stare and started to wash her dishes. While she was going out, she looked at Ravi's share and said "Pchhh....enna Sudha ithu? Ravi velaiku poi tired-a vanthirupare, avarukku ithu epdi pathum? Konjam neraiya vachu kudu....ohhh? Sundal ellam gaaliya?" laughed Poorna and said "Inimel konjam neraiya pannu Sudha, Ravi paavam illa?"

Azhagu said "Poorna enna pazhakkam ithu?"

Poorna asked "Ethu?"

"Ipdi Ravi-ya per solli koopidura, pazhaiya madiri Ravi athaan-nu sollu"

Poorna got furious, her face became red "Athu paarunga athai, pazhaya madiri Ravi athaan, Ravi athaan-nu koopidanuna pazhaya madiriye naanum behave pannuven paravallaya? Ravi-ya naan ipdi kaiya pidichu pesanum, tholula kai pottu pesanum, urimaiya pesanum" Poorna was holding Ravi's hands and shoulders while she was talking much to the disgust of Ravi and Azhagu. "Paatheengala aththai, Ravi-ku naan touch pannina pidikala, actuala enakkum aruvaruppa thaan irukku, aana enna panrathu? sila perukku sila vishayatha uraikkira madiri sollanun sila samayam kaila saaniya kooda edukka vendiyatha irukku" told Poorna while shaking her hands. "Cha cha first poi kaiya wash pannanum, in fact udamba ellam thechu kulikanum, athu kooda paththathu thalai muzhuganum". Poorna went to her room.

Ravi put the bowl and tea angrily on kitchen top and ran upstairs. Sudha was cringing at the turn of the events. Azhagu said "Paathiya Sudha, epdi pesittu poranu? Konjam kooda mariyathaiye illama evlo asingama pesittu pora paaru".

Sudha asked "Amma, naan kekurenu thappa ninachukatheenga, Poorna ivlo kovama irukka, yen ipdi behave panrannu ennaikavathu yosichu paathu irukeengala? Avaluku nadantha throgam antha maadiri. Avakitta naama Ravi athaan-nu koopidu ipdi ellam solratho, edir paakartho thappunu thonuthu ma".

"Enna Sudha pesura, avaluku nadanthathu avaloda vidhi, apdi thaan nadakanunu kadavul mudivu pannitaru, athukaaga athaiye ninachukittu irukka mudiyuma? Ippo ellarum ore kudumbama irukkum pothu periyavangaluku mariyathai kudu-nu solrathula enna thappu irukku?"

"Illa ma, naan pannina thappu, thappunu enakku puriyuthu, aana Ravi pannina thappu Ravi-ku thappunu thonala, ippo neenga pannitrukira vishayamum ungaluku thappunu thonala, neenga enmela kaatura anbaiyum, akkaraiyayum Poorna side-um konjam kamichu paatheenganna ava vali enna-nu ungaluku puriyum, enakku itha konja naala unga kitta sollanunu thonuchu, solliten, sorry ma, enakku maadila konjam velai irukku, naan varen" Sudha left the kitchen.

Azhagu was dumbstruck. "En paiyan Ravi ennaikum thappu panninathe illa. Thanakku uyira kudutha friend-oda wife-um, paiyanum nalla irukanunu ninachu thaan intha thiyagathaiye avan pannirukaan, itha puriyama intha Sudha kooda ipdi pesittu pora" thought Azhagu.

Poorna was scrubbing her hands as if she touched something disgusting. "Cha Ravi athaanam, athaan, kezhavi-ku over kozhuppu, inimel athaan-nu koopidu, pothaan-nu koopidunu enkitta yaaravathu varuveenga? Ungaluku ellam ipdi pesinathaan correcta varum". Poorna then took a full shower, head to toe and felt relieved. "Appadi, suthama kulichachu". She changed into a night dress, a pyjama and tops, dried her hair. "Eppo paathalum antha Ravi-ya thalaila thooki vachuttu aada vendiyathu, Magesh-a kandukkarthu kooda kidaiyathu, aana amma-va yedhavathu sonna pothum, intha Magesh ukkanthu kuzhandai madiri azha arambichuduvaan, avlo paasam amma mela, hmm...ippo enna pannitu iruppaan? Nethu naama call panninome, innaiku avan call panninana? Konjam irangi pona ipdi thaan, granted-a eduthupanga, aanalum nethu sandhadi saakula evlo flirt panran, konjam time kudu-nu ketrunthen, athellam madikkura madiriye teriyala. Innaiku call panni flirt pannina enna panrathu? Pesama kovama thitti vittudalama? Mmm illa vendam, time ketruntha vishayatha madhikalanu solli corner pannidalama? Naama yen ivlo yosikanum? Avan flirt pannina namakku enna? Naama controla iruntha pothum." Poorna thought through the options and she was kind of ready to face Magesh's flirting and to prove that she is a strong girl and will not fall for his flirting. She kept looking at her mobile for an hour, but no call. She got bit frustrated. She opened her contacts and chose Magesh, looked at his photo and yelled at him "Unakku nethu naan call panni pesinathum enna ilakkarama ninachuta illa, athaan duraiku innaiku call panni pesa mudiyala, inimel naan unakku call pannina paaru". While she was scolding, a message came from him. "Saptacha?"

Poorna got excited. "Message anuppitane, reply pannalama? Vendama? Konja neram wait pannuvom". After 15 mins or so, she thought "Ok reply pannalam, pona poguthu". She replied "Sapten, nee saptiya?"

Magesh replied within few seconds "Mmm naanum sapten"

She thought "Udane reply panna koodathu, konjam wait panna vaikalam". After 10 mins, she replied "Enna sapta?"

"Parotta-salna sapten, nee?"

Poorna couldn't wait more than 5 mins. "Parotta-salna-va? mm yumm yumm...naan sundal sapten"

"Oh, unakku parotta salna pidikuma? Nee inga varum pothu vaangi tharen, verum sundal thaana? Vera edhuvum sapidalaya?"

Poorna smiled "Sundal sapta piragu pasikala, athaan vera ethuvum sapidala, nee thoongalaya?"

"Thookam varala, nee thoongalaya?"

Poorna thought "Aahaa maatikittom, yen thookam varalanu ketta yedhavathu edakku madakka badhil sonnalum solluvaan, enakku thookam varuthunu sonna, apram yen thoongama msg pannitu irukenu sonnalum solluvaan, enna pannalam, pesama reply pannama vittudalama? Naan apdiye thoongitenu ninachukatum, oru velai en reply-kaga wait panni avan thoongama iruntha enna panrathu? Romba karisanam thaan, naamala avana wait panna sonnom, avanuku thookam vantha avan thoonga poraan, ithukellam feel panna koodathu". Poorna covered herself and tried to sleep turning on her left and right frequently.

On the other side Magesh thought "Ninachen, reply panna maatanu ninachen, athe madiri reply pannala", he smiled and went to sleep.
