Azhagu serial - Magesh - Poorna fan fiction - Episode 10 - 16/08/2018

Poorna woke up next morning and was sitting in the bed, she was wondering how did she allow Magesh to sleep in the bed or how did she sleep in the same bed with him. So far, he used to sleep on the sofa that is in their bedroom. "Nethu namakku enna aachu? Magesh nammala murachu paatha naan yen bayapadanum? Sudha mic vishayatha Magesh kitta pottu kudutha bayapadanuma? Avanuku bayantha naama epdi Ravi-Sudhava pazhi vaangarthu? Namma kaiya pidichu nidhanama pesittu irunthaan, yen allow panninom? In fact, konja neram enna aachunu namakku puriyalaye? Yen ipdi? Poorna was going through all the questions of why. "Sari inimel Magesh murachan, kaiya pidichan, ore bedla paduthanu ellam sillya bayanthukitu irukka koodathu. Avan kaiya pidicha enna? Ore bedla padutha enna? Naama manasa controla vachiruntha pothum. Yetho nethu konjam thadumariten. Inimel thadumara maten. I know I'm in control of my mind and body. So nothing can shake my world. I need to concentrate on hurting Ravi and Sudha. Rendu naala avangala freeya vittuten. Innaiku yedhavathu solli vambuku izhukanum, hurt pannanum, they should realize how much they hurt me." Poorna cleared her mind and thought some ways to hurt them. She got up, had a shower. She came out of the attached bathroom in a towel as she got used to it since Magesh was away for last one week. She realized Magesh is here now, but thankfully he is still sleeping, she decided to take a saree quickly and go back to the bathroom to get dressed. She kept looking at Magesh if he gets up. While she was searching for a nice saree, she thought to herself. "Rendu moonu naala nalla saree-ye kattala. Konjam stresseda irunthuttom, innaiku theliva irukkom, azhaga dress panninale paathi confidence vanthudum". Magesh woke up and saw Poorna's back while she was searching for the saree, but he didn't get up. Poorna finally chose a blue colour fancy saree with some golden thread embroidery work and chose the golden colour blouse and turned around and saw Magesh was looking at her. Saree and blouse slipped from her hands, nervously she picked them up and mumbled "Sorry, nee thoongitrukenu ninachen, naan bathroomla dress pannikuren". She walked fast to the bathroom. Magesh got up with a smile and opened the curtains. Poorna thought "Cha maanam pochu, inimel carefula irukanum, intha saree kandippa enakku azhaga irukkum, Magesh vera ippo ellam paakura paarvaiye sari illa, appapo he comes close to me, holds my hand, innaiku saree pathi yedhavathu compliment pannina kooda naama kandukka koodathu, I should be bold". She came out of the bathroom looking like a freshly blossomed "Sangu poo". Magesh looked at her for a minute and she also looked at him, then she got stiff thinking that she should be in control. Magesh noticed her body language and turned around to do some exercise. 

Poorna thought "Enna? Intha sareela pidichirukka madiri paathan, but udane thirumbittan, cha avan thirumbina enakenna, thirumbalana enakenna? Naama kitchenla poi appapo velai seiyyanum, appa thaan yedhavathu oru problem vachu Sudha-va vambuku izhukka mudiyum". Poorna worn a sticker  bindi and kumkum and went to kitchen. Azhagu and Sudha got surprised to see Poorna getting up this early and that too looking so beautiful. Poorna asked Sudha "Enna paakura?". Sudha "Illa onnum illa". 

Poorna saw Sudha making idlis. There were already a first batch idlys ready in the hot pack. Poorna asked "Enna panra?" 

Sudha "Idly ootha poren". 

"Enakkum Mageshkum idly vendam, naanga dosai saptukirom"

Azhagu "Enna Poorna already rendu thattu maavu Sudha oothitale, innaiku idlye sapidalame"

Poorna said "Nethu nightum idly, ippavum idlya? Avaruku dosai pidikum, enakkum athu thaan pidikum, naanga dosai saptukirom". Just arrived Pazhanisamy heard the last line and smiled outside of the kitchen. He thought to himself "Rendu naala Poorna dulla iruntha, innaiku paaka santhoshama irukka madiri teriyuthu, good". 

Everyone started to have breakfast, but Magesh hasn't come downstairs yet. Poorna was thinking "Mela poi kootitu varalama? Vendam, avan varappo varattum, aana pasikuthe".  Ravi left to work, Thiruna and Kavya left to college. Sudha went upstairs with the baby. Azhagu started to do some garden chores. Pazhanisamy asked "Enna ma, Magesh-kaga wait panriya? Avan sapidarapo, sapidattum, nee sapidu da, sari naan velaiku kilamburen". 

Poorna waited till 9.30am and went upstairs. Magesh looked fresh. "Kulichutu readya thaan irukkaan pola, apdina sapida vara vendiyathaana?" Poorna thought. Magesh was browsing something in the computer and also arranging some files. "Magesh" called Poorna. 

"Mmm sollu" Magesh said without looking at her. 

Poorna got annoyed, but she didn't want to show it. "Sapida vaa".

"Enakku ippo pasikala, konja neram agattum" replied Magesh still looking at the files.

Poorna's anger was increasing, but then she controlled herself and went downstairs. Magesh looked up while she was leaving and thought to himself "Enna aachu ivaluku? Pasikala, apram sapidurenu sonnathuku kovama pora madiri irukku, sari ethukum poi saptute vanthudalam". 

He went downstairs and saw Poorna in the kitchen. Poorna was mumbling, took the dosai tawa and put it on the stove angrily. "Ivanukaga wait panninen illa, enna sollanum?" she angrily spoke but in low voice. But Magesh heard her. He went to the dining table and pretended like he just came. "Poorna, enakku pasikuthu, yedhavathu sapida kuden". Poorna came outside and asked "Ippo thaan pasikalanu sonna?" Magesh said "sonnen, but few seconds kazhichu thaan terinjuthu enakku nalla pasi-nu". He smiled. Poorna cooled down, but didn't want to show it to him, so she went back to kitchen and made few dosas and brought to the table. "Intha sapidu". 

"Nee sapidalaya?" 

"Suttutu iruken, konja nerathula sapiduren, nee sapidu"

"Illa paravalla naan wait panren, neeyum vaa"

"Athukulla intha dosai ellam aaridum, nee sapidu"

"Sari onnu pannalam, rendu perum kitchen-laye sapidalam, ithula nee rendu dosai eduthuko, naama suda suda sapidalam"

Now Poorna couldn't refuse his suggestion, she said ok. Magesh sat on the kitchen top and had his breakfast while talking to Poorna about his stay in Coimbatore and his visit to Poombarai village, how their water project is going to utilize the water from Gundar falls, etc. Poorna thought Poombarai, Gundar falls, everything around there must be beautiful as she heard from Magesh's words. Magesh wanted her to like the idea of living there. It will do good for her. When Sudha called him couple of days ago complaining about Poorna installing a mic in their room, listening to their conversations, Magesh was shocked and saddened. He knows that Poorna wants to hurt them, but he didn't think Poorna will go to this level. He went through the options of dealing with this issue. There is no point in getting downright angry with her or confronting her or blaming her. It just shows how much she is affected mentally. So he knows he needs to handle this issue carefully. Thankfully since he was offered a job in Kodaikanal, he thought he can take Poorna with him and it will give her the much needed break from all this mental agony of taking revenge on Ravi and Sudha. But convincing her is the real task. He must slowly introduce her to the idea of living in a hill station. So he talked about beautiful things he saw during his stay and all. For few minutes, Poorna was dreaming about traveling to Kodaikanal, admiring the beauty of a hill station, taking the bath in the falls, taking a long walk in the hours of early morning surrounded by trees. The dosa was getting burnt while Poorna indulged herself in these thoughts. Magesh didn't want to disturb her, he silently switched off the stove as they both almost finished having breakfast. Poorna half hypnotized by Magesh's narration of Kodaikanal asked some questions to Magesh while Magesh was washing up the dishes, cleaning the kitchen top and all. She was asking "Is that place really beautiful as you say?"

"Yeah, it is more beautiful than I said"

"Where will we stay?"

Magesh got excited to hear this.

"We will rent a place near Poombarai village, company will provide us a car as I might frequently have to travel to Coimbatore and Madurai to get some forms signed from Government offices"

"How long we will stay there?"

"The project might go on for years, so we can stay there as long as we like".

"Shall I say yes to their offer? And prepare everything for our travel and stay?" Magesh asked enthusiastically.

Poorna's mind was somewhere else. She just nodded. Magesh got so happy and ran upstairs, made the call and said yes to the offer.

Azhagu called Sudha "Sudha, inga konjam vaa ma" from the store room.

Poorna came back to reality and wanted to know what Azhagu and Sudha are talking about. Azhagu gave a box of unneeded things and asked Sudha to throw it in the garden bin for later on to burn them. While Sudha was taking the cardboard box, the bottom part of the box opened up due to heavy weight and some weekly magazines, books all fell down. Among them scattered are Ravi-Poorna's photos taken starting from their childhood till few months ago. For every birthday of Ravi and Poorna, they used to take a photo of them. There were photos of Poorna's manjal neerattu vizha, Pazhanisamy blessing her, Ravi putting garland on her neck, etc, etc. Sudha doesn't know what to do as she was unaware of these photos in that box. Poorna slowly walked to those photos, took one by one and stared at those photos. Every moment in those photos were dancing in front of her eyes. All these years came in front of her eyes. The tears were rolling down her cheeks, she took all those photos and went upstairs. She spread all those photos in the bed while wiping away her never ending tears. Magesh came near her, put his hand on her shoulder "Poorna!?". She didn't hear him. She was just weeping. "Poorna, please first azhartha niruthu".

"Inga paaru, Kodaikanal job-ku ok solliyachu, naama anga pogalam, ithellam maranthutu nee santhoshama irukalam, unna naan santhoshama vachupen, please da, mudhalla azhartha niruthu" Magesh tried to wipe away her tears. Poorna pushed away his hand. "Yaara kettu naama anga pogalanu decide pannina?" asked robotically. Magesh trying to control his shock told "Nee thaana sonna konja neram munnadi, eppo pogalam? Enga thangalam? Ellam kettiye!?"

"Nee enga vena po, naan varala"

Magesh got stiff "Yen varamatta?"

"Enakku inga panna vendiya velai neraiya irukku"

"Poorna, please intha pazhi vangura ennatha vittudu, ithanala mathavangala vidu, un udambum, manasum thaan kettu pogum, nee pazhi vaangina Ravi avan pannina thappa realize panna poranu ninakiriya? Realize panravana iruntha unkitta antha thappa pannina adutha nimisham solli mannipu ketrupan, avan kekkala, avan kekkavum matan-nu enakku purinju pochu, naama nammaloda life-a paakalam, please da, un kaayathuku naan marunthu poduren, ithellam thooki podu" Magesh grabbed the photos.

Poorna got angry "Vidu intha photos-a, naan kooda rendu moonu naala yen avangala pazhi vaanga mudiyalanu yosichen, ippo thaan puriyuthu, athuku nee thaan karanam, nee ennai thappa ninapiyonu naan bayapada arambichiten, unkooda iruntha naanum unna madiri kozhai agiduven, nee Kodaikanal po, naan inga thaan irupen, intha photos thaan enakku avanga pannina throgatha nabaga paduthum, avangala hurt pannanum-ngura veriya valakkum". Poorna was talking hysterically. Magesh tried to bring her back to reality in vain. He started to tear up although he tried his best to control himself. He turned away and went to the bathroom, wiped away his tears, washed his face.
