Azhagu serial - Magesh - Poorna fan fiction - Episode 49 - 27/05/2019

After Mahesh left, Ravi went upstairs and knocked on Mahesh-Poorna's room door. Poorna got up and opened the door. She wasn't really happy to see Ravi there. She just waited for him to open up.

"Ippo un health epdi irukku Poorna?" asked Ravi.

P: Mmm paravalla, neenga innum office kilambalaya? Mahesh enga? Avarum veetula thaan irukkara?

R: Bayapadatha, bayapadatha, Mahesh office kilambittan

P: Avar iruntha mattum enna? Naan yen bayapada poren?

R: Illa enkooda pesa koodathunnu unakku restriction pottu vachu iruppane, avan mattum freeya suthalam, aana wife veetula irukka orutharkitta kooda pesa koodathu, athu thaana avan ninappu

Poorna became confused.

Poorna felt like her headache is returning.

Poorna didn't say anything. 

R: Sari naan velaikku poitu varen, bye

Poorna stood there for couple of mins and then went inside and laid down on the bed.

Poorna thought "Intha Ravi Athaanuku vera velaiye illai, en purushana pathi yethavathu kurai sollanumna sollitu poga vendiya thaana? Ippo enna? Antha ponnukooda kadalai varukkuraru, athaana? Atha ivar solli thaan naan therinjukanumakum? Illana enakku theriyatha? As she was thinking, her mobile started to rang, she looked at it and it is Mahesh. She didn't attend the call, she put it on silent and closed her eyes tightly.

Meanwhile Sudha was feeding Appu in her room. "Mahesh innaiku enmela evlo anba, karisanama nadanthukittaru, en tension ellam apdiye odi poiduchu, sari Poornavuku enna sapida kondu varattum-nu kekkalannu maadiku vantha avarum avalum avlo neram pesittu irukanga, ok, nethu Mahesh call panni Poornakitta Raviya pesa solli iruntharu, but enakkennavo avanga rendu per pesartha paathathume mood out aagiduchu, Poorna-kitta athukkappuram enna sapidura, enna yethunnu kekkave pidikkala, Maheshkaga poi kekkanum-nu thonuthu, but manase vara matenguthu, Poorna nalla ponnu thaan, aana avlo neram ethuku pesanum? Azhagu: Sudha, Sudha?

S: Ahhnn....Amma, eppo vantheenga? Sollunga ma

A: Sariya pochu, evlo nerama koopiduren? Appuvuku nee ootratha maranthutta, avana paaru, un chudi shawla pottu mennukittu irukkaan

Sudha saw Appu in the bed chewing her chudi thuppatta and grabbed it from him. "Hey Appu, adi vaanga pora".

A: Hey iru iru, avana yen thittura? Nee avanukku ooti vitta avan yen athai pottu mella poraan? Enna yosanai unakku?

S: Athu vanthu ma....onnum illa, chumma yetho ninappula

A: Athu thaan enna ninappunu kekkuren?

Sudha was silent.

S: Mm...

Azhagu left. Sudha thought to herself "Surendhar irunthu iruntha enakku ivlo thunbam, kuzhappam ethuvume vanthu irukkathu, appu conceive aanathum evlo santhosha pattaru, every month en stomach-a tape vachu measure pannum pothellam evlo excite aavaru, babyku ippo kai kaal vanthu irukkum, muscle develop aaga arambichu irukkum, baby move pannuthu-nu ovvoru chinna vishayathukkum santhosha paduvaru,  ipdi Appu-va kannala oru thadava kooda paakama poittare, kadaisi nimisham enna ellam ninacharo? Enna pain ellam anubavicharo?. Tears rolled down from Sudha's eyes. Appu's soft little hands patted on her cheeks as if he is trying to wipe off her tears. Sudha looked at Appu and lifted him, hugged him, he opened his mouth wide and bit her cheeks and his face changed tasting her tears. Looking at Appu's face, Sudha burst into laughter while crying. "Sari da kutty, amma azhala, sariya? Un appa nabagam vanthuduchu, athaan azhuthutten, un appa unna eppavume santhoshama vachukkanum-nu aasai pattaru, naan unna antha madiriye valappen, nee vena paaru" she kissed on Appu's face. 

Poorna woke up and realized that she slept without having breakfast or anything. She saw the time and it is around 10.45am. Her mobile notification light was blinking and saw three missed calls from Mahesh. "Oru thadava call panni ignore pannina kooda ok, 3 thadava call panni attend pannalanna kochikkuvaro? Kochikitta kochikattum". She put away the mobile, her stomach started to rumble. She got up from bed slowly so not to feel dizzy or collapse due to low bp and went down to the kitchen and saw three idlies in the hot pack. She put them on a plate with chutney and started to eat. "Enna innaiku kitchen romba amaithiya irukku? Sudhavayum kaanum, athaiyayum kaanum, mathiyam lunch-ku ethuvum prepare panra madiri kooda theriyalaye, sari daily ava thaana ellathaiyum seira, innaiku naama seiyyalam, but konjam dizzya irukke". She finished off the idlies. She browsed through the fridge to see what veggies are there to get an idea for lunch. She saw the lemon and thought "Ok thalai vera lesa kirukirunnu varuthu, first konjam lemon juice kudippom, low BP ku konjam nallathu, apram konja neram rest eduthuttu enna lunch pannalannu yosippom". She took the lemon juice and went upstairs. Its around 11.30am and Mahesh called her again.

Poorna doesn't have guts anymore to ignore Mahesh's calls. She attended the call. 

M: Poorna nee ok thaana?

Poorna doesn't understand why Mahesh is asking this with concern.

P: Mm ok, yen kekureenga?

M: Dizzya irukka? Thoongitiya?

P: Athu...amam

M: Ninachen, sari kalaila yedhavathu saptutu mathirai pottutu thaana thoongina? Illa innum ethuvume sapidama irukkiya?

Poorna felt guilty that she ignored his calls. Mahesh is worried about her health and thinks that she didn't pick up his calls as she must be feeling dizzy or sleeping.

M: Sollu Poorna, tablet pottiya illaiya?

Poorna thought "Tablet podalanna ivar thittuvaru, ivarkitta thittu vaangura moodla naan ippo illa, poi sollidalam"

P: Mm potten

M: Ok good, listen, Sudha annikitta unna paathuka sollalannu ninachen, but paavam avanga yetho tensionla irunthanga kalaila, athanala avangakitta naan ethuvum sollala, naan vara varaikkum nee thaan unna ozhunga paathukanum, lunch-ku saapadu naan order panratha annikitta kalailaye solliten, oru naal neenga ellarume rest edunga, okva? 

P: Mm

M: Unakku enna da venum sapida?

"Ivar intha vaa da, po da, vaa ma, po ma-nu pesinale manasula irukka vali ellam odi poiduthu, aana ipdi adikadi naan thaan avarkitta vizhunthuduren, avar ennavo stronga smarta thaan irukkaru, avar pidicha muyaluku moonu kaalunnu than nikkuraru" thought Poorna. 

M: Hey sollu kutty, unna thaan kekkuren, unakku sapida enna venum? Dr actuala konjam spice, oil ellame less panna solli irukanga, unakku velila order pannave enakku manasu illa, hmm...nee paatuku unakku pidicha, biriyani, fried rice ellam kettudatha, health konjam sari aana piragu athellam sapidalam, sariya?

P: Athaan neengale ellathaiyum solliteengale, neengale yethavathu order pannunga

M: Enna kovama?

P: Apdi ellam illa, neenga en healthkaga thaana solreenga, athu enakku puriyuthu

M: Mmm....officela konjam velai irukku, illana en chellathukaga naane samachu kuduppen

Poorna didn't say anything.

M: Sari nee tireda irukka, nee rest edu, lunch seekiram vanthudum, saptutu mathiyam poda vendiya tablets pottuko

P: Mmm sari

Mahesh called Sudha and Azhagu and asked what they would like to have. They both said something simple, but Mahesh insisted that they should eat something special which they won't cook at home that often. Mahesh then called Vasantha and talked to her for few minutes and then made the order through swiggy.

Azhagu called Poorna from downstairs.

A: Poorna, Poorna konjam keezha vaa ma

Poorna came downstairs and saw Vasantha. Both of them hugged each other. 

V: "Enna da udambu sari illanu ammakitta oru vaarthai solla maatiya?" 

P: Illa ma, nalla thaana irukken, yaaru sonna udambu sari illanu? Athaiya?

V: Amam, anni enga enakku call panranga, ithellam solrathuku?

Azhagu: Vasantha, pona Sunday thaana naan unkitta call panni pesinen, athuvum naana thaan unakku last moonu thadavai call panni pesinen, nee call pannina un ponnukitta mattum pesittu vachidura, engala ellam kandukkarthe illa

V: Ayyo anni ungala kandukkama naan yaara kandukka poren, Poorna kitta pesum pothellam ungala keppen, neengalum Aishuva paaka porathu, athu ithu-nnu busya irukkeenga-nu solluva, athaan disturb panrathilla

A: Sari sari rendu perum vanthu ukkanthu pesunga, yen ninnukitte irukeenga?

V: Athaan anni, Mahesh call panni irunthaan, intha madiri Poornavuku low BPya irukku, avalukku ethuvume sapida pidikkala, neenga seira keerai sadham-na avaluku pidikum, konjam senju eduthutu poi kudunga athai-nu sonnan, sonna udane Selviya vittu keeraiya vaangitu vara solli, clean panni, keera saadham senju eduthutu vanthuten, unga ellarukkume eduthutu vanthu irukken anni, vaanga sapidalam

A: Un keerai saadham-na enakkum thaan pidikum, sapiduren ma, aana Mahesh ennamo theriyala, innaiku unga ellarukum samaikarthuku leave, ungaluku pidichatha sollunga, naan order panrennu solli ore pidivatham, nanum Sudhavum un ishtam-nu sollitom

Sudha came downstairs with Appu. "Vaanga ma, nalla irukeengala?"

V: Nalla irukken ma, adade Appu, vaa vaa, paatikitta vaa

Vasantha took Appu and started to play with him.

Vasantha's mobile rang. "Hey Poorna, eduthu yaarunu paathu pesu di"

Poorna looked at the mobile and saw Mahesh's name. She gave it to Vasantha. "Hey naan thaan Appu-va vachu irukken illa, yaaru pesarthu? Neeye pesen"

Poorna turned on the mobile and put it on Vasantha's ears. 

"Hello....Mahesha?" Vasantha looked at Poorna.

.....

"Amam pa, namma veetuku vanthuten, nee sonna madiri keerai saadhame senju eduthutu vanthirukken"

.....

"Mm sari pa, avala sapida vaikka vendiyathu en poruppu"

.....

"Ayyo enakku ethukku pa? Naan keerai saadhame saptukiren, pchh...sonna kekka maata nee"

......

"Itho tharen"

Poorna got bit shocked that Mahesh is asking Vasantha to give mobile to her, she is bit hesitant to talk to Mahesh.

But Vasantha gave the mobile to Azhagu. Poorna felt bit disappointed.

A: "Mm sollu pa Mahesh"

......

A: "Ahn....sari pa, ithellam nee sollanuma? En nathanara sapidama naan anuppiduvana? Sari pa, mm vachiduren"

Azhagu disconnected the call.

A: "Paathiya Vasantha? Un marumaganukku unmela evlo anbunnu, ithana varusham unna naanga gavanichukalaya? Unna sapida vachidanumam"

V: "En marumaganukku enmela anbu illama iukkuma?"

Poorna thought "Ithellam nalla thaan seivaaru, ellarukkum yosichu yosichu panrathula en purushan madiri varathu, kalaila Sudha tension-a irukkanu evlo considerate-a sonnaru, ippo enakku keerai saadham seiyya solli ammakitta solli irukkaru, athe madiri ammavum sapidanum-nu athaiya paathuka solraru, intha madiri ovvorutharaiyum gavanichukarthula avarukku nigar avar thaan, ellarum avar anba pangu pottu perumai pesartha paaru, en purushan anbu first enakku thaan, enmela thaan avarukku neraiya anbu". Poorna smiled in pride. "Intha Manthra vishayam solve aagattum, apram unnai vachu thaanguren da Mahesh, athu varaikkum unkitta stricta irukkarthu thaan nallathu" thought Poorna.

The calling bell rang, Sudha went to see and got the food delivery.

S: "Amma, sapadu thaan delivery pannitu poranga"

A: "Dining table-la vachutu ellarukum plate eduthu vai ma, sapidalam"

S: "Sari ma"

There was mutton biriyani and prawn biriyani. "Namakku prawn pidikunnu Mahesh prawn biriyani order pannirukkaru pola" smiled Sudha. Everyone shared keerai sadham and biriyani, but Poorna said no to biriyani. 

A: "Yen Poorna konjam sapidalam illa?"

P: "Illa athai, BP irukkum pothu vendam, avarum athanala thaan enakku keerai saadham seiyya solli irukkaru, enakku keerai saadhamum, intha vadagamum pothum, supera irukku"

Azhagu and Vasantha shared the things happened in their young life to Poorna and Sudha. All four of them enjoyed the lunch with stories and laughter.

Then Poorna took the tablet and all of them watched some movie while playing with Appu.

Its around 5pm. Everyone started to return from college and work. Pazhani was happy to see Vasantha after a while. Kavya and Thiruna were also returned back. Sudha got up to make tea and snacks. Poorna also got up to help her. But Sudha asked her to take rest. They were all chatting with Vasantha while having tea and snacks.

V: Sari na, naan kilamburen

Pazhani: Ada enna Vasantha, athukulla kilamburennu solra?

V: Anna, naan mathiyame vanthuten

Pazhani: Mathiyanam thaana vantha, innaiku ingaye stay pannu, nee night inga thaan sapidanum, yenna innaiku oru special

V: Apdi enna na special?

Everyone was laughing except Thiruna.

Azhagu: Innaiku un chinna marumagan first time kitchenla poi ninnu namma ellarukkum dinner senju thara poraan

V: Nijamava Thiruna?

Thiruna: Amam, sulked Thiruna.

V: Apdina kandippa naan kilambiye aaganum na

Vasantha and everyone laughed.

Pazhani: athellam mudiyathuma, innaiku night nee inga thaan sapidura, inga thaan thangura

V: Sari na, ingaye irukken, Mahesh-ayum paathu romba naal aachu

Poorna today yearned to see Mahesh, she kept looking at the entrance in an expectation. Everyone is here joking and laughing, she wanted her husband nearby to enjoy this atmosphere. Yes, she has been harsh on him, but that is a different matter, after his caring attempts for her and for everyone else today, she started to think about Mahesh a lot. "Eppo paathalum velai velai-nu odikittu irukkaru, enga ellarukagavum yosikkiraru, aana ipdi ellarodayum relaxa ukkanthu pesi sirichukittu sapida kooda avarala mudiyala" thought Poorna.

Around 8pm, everyone forced Thiruna to go into the kitchen. Sudha was standing in the kitchen with a smile. "Vaanga kozhunthanare, vaanga, dosai maavu inga irukku, chutney-ku araikka thevaiyanathu ellam inga irukku, dosai kallu, karandi itho, all the best" said Sudha with a smile and was about to leave.

Thiruna: Anni, anni, enna anni? Ennai ipdi nattathula vittutu poreengale?

Sudha: Athaan ungaluku ellam eduthu kuduthutane

Thiruna: Please anni, neenga thaan enakku eppavume support, neenga intha thadava dosai suttu kudunga, naan eduthutu poi velila kuduthiduren

Sudha: Cheatinga? Achacho naan varala pa intha vilayattuku, Mahesh-ku therinja avlo thaan

Sudha left laughing.

Thiruna thought there is no way he can escape from this chore today, so he started to make chutney and dosa.

Although the chutney and dosa weren't up to the standard, everyone appreciated his effort and tried to finish their plate. At the end, Thiruna also felt happy and achieved. Poorna had her dosa half heartedly as she was wondering if Mahesh ate or not.

Kavya&Thiruna: Saringa pa

On one side, Azhagu, Pazhani and Vasantha were chatting something, Pazhani had Appu on his lap. Another side, Sudha, Kavya, Thiruna were playing cards. Ravi was browsing something in his mobile. Poorna was looking down on the entrance gate expecting Mahesh's arrival. Finally Mahesh arrived, he stopped the bike, took out the office bag and lunch bag and walked. He looked so tired from the way he walked. He opened the door with the key he had after realizing that the door is locked. Poorna started to go downstairs.

V: Poorna enga ma pora?

P: Avar vanthutaru ma, avaruku dosai eduthu kuduthutu aprama rendu perum varom

V: Oh sari sari

Poorna was running fast in the steps.

M: Yen ipdi vegama odi vara? Paathu porumaiya vaa

P: Sari bag-a kudunga

M: Naane eduthutu varen, unakku udambu epdi irukku?

P: Mmm paravalla, neenga yen dulla irukeenga? Udambu yedhavathu sari illaiya?

Poorna tried to reach out to him to touch his forehead, but Mahesh went back away from Poorna.

M: Enakku onnum illa Poorna

P: Sari neenga poi refresh aagitu roomlaye irunga, naan ungaluku dosai eduthutu varen

M: Mm sari....hey Thiruna thaana dosai suttan innaiku?

P: Amam, amam, ungaluku hot packla suttu vachutan, naan vena ungaluku fresha sooda suttu tharava?

M: Illa paravalla, avan senjathaye kondu vaa

P: Mm sari

Mahesh went to the room, but he just laid down on the bed without refreshing himself.

When Poorna came back to the room with dosa, she was surprised to see Mahesh in formals lying down on the bed like this. He has never been so tired like this to not even to change the dress. Mahesh's one leg was on the bed and another one was dangling on the side of the bed, his one arm was across his forehead and another arm was on his stomach.

Poorna put the plate on the bedside table and sat on the other side of the bed. She slowly called Mahesh. "Mahesh, Mahesh thoongiteengala enna?"

Mahesh wasn't sleeping, but he was so tired and not in the mood of any conversation, so he continued to be closing his eyes and breathing slowly.

Poorna went to his legs and removed his socks and took the other dangling leg to the bed to make him comfortable. As she can see Mahesh is sweating, she unbuttoned his shirt and wiped his face with her saree. Mahesh then moved his head from pillow to Poorna's lap without talking anything. Poorna smiled and started to caress his head. Fifteen minutes would have gone as Mahesh started to sleep in the comfort of Poorna's lap and her caring touch. He then turned and opened his eyes. Poorna smiled. "Romba tireda irukka?" she asked.

"Mmm amam"

"Saptutu thoongalame?"

"Pasikala, ipdiye un madiyula paduthirunthale pothum"

Poorna stroked his hair. "Aana saptutu paduthukalam, ippo ezhunthiringa"

"Pchhh po Poorna, ippo poi ezhunthirichu kai ellam kazhuvi, mmhmmm enakku tireda irukku"

"Ungala naan kai ellam kazhuva sonnana? Ezhunthirikka thaana sonnen, neenga ezhunthiringa, naan ooti viduren"

"Oh apdina sari" smiled Mahesh and got up brisk.

Poorna started to feed him. "Nee saptiya?"

"Mm naan sapten, neenga sapidunga"

"Paravalla, Thiruna dosai, chutney ellam nalla thaan senju irukkaan illa?"

"Amam"

Once Mahesh had the last bite, he again lied down on Poorna's lap. "Ayyoo....pcch...irunga enna avasaram, poi kaiya kazhuvittu plate-ayum wash pannitu vanthuduren, neengalum athukkulla casuala yedhavathu dress pottukonga"

"Mmhmmm mudiyathu Poorna, nee plate-laye kaiya kazhuvikko, naan dress ellam maathala"

"Ennanga ithu? Chinna pillai madiri adam pidikureenga?"

"Apram nee manasu maariduva, ennai madila padukka vida maata"

"Apdi ellam onnum manasu maara maten, sariya? Innaiku night neenga en madiyulaye paduthukalam, okva?"

"Mmhmm naan ippave ipdiye paduthukiren"

Poorna then pinched his ear and got him up. "Ozhunga intha casualsa podunga, naan poi plate wash pannitu varen"

Mahesh sulked, but got up and changed his dress. Once Poorna came out of the bathroom, he went and refreshed himself, washed his face too. Meanwhile Poorna was sorting out his office dress and put it on airer to let it dry of sweat. Mahesh came out and grabbed her hand, "athellam apdiye pottutu vaa, enakku theriyum nee ipdi thaan onnu maathi onnu pannite iruppa, ukkaru".

He made her sit on the bed and laid on her lap. He then took one of her hand and held her tightly. "Innoru kai yen chumma irukku? Munnadi caress panni vitta madiri thalaiya kothi vidu" said Mahesh in an assertive way.

"Enna adhigaram thool parakkuthu?" asked Poorna.

Mahesh smiled "Chumma".

Poorna also smiled and started to caress his hair again. She looked at him for couple of minutes and bent down and kissed on his forehead. Mahesh then kissed on her hand.
